2 Eggs
1tbFlour
1/8tsSalt
1cMilk
1/4cSugar
  Thin lemon slices for garnis

Whirl eggs, flour, salt and milk in blender until just smooth. Cover batter, let stand for about 1 hour.

Cook as for crepes in 6-inch skillet and keep warm in slow oven. Sprinkle sugar on paper towels; lift pancakes onto sugar, rolling each one up, sugar side out. Serve at once on heated plates, with lemon slices. Serves 4.
